Since 1938, the Myrtle Beach Area Chamber of Commerce has played a central role in shaping the region—supporting local businesses, advocating for smart growth, and helping transform Myrtle Beach into one of the most recognized destinations in the country. Along the way, organizations like Visit Myrtle Beach and Partnership Grand Strand emerged to focus on tourism, economic vitality, and long-term regional success. Together, these efforts built the foundation of a thriving, dynamic community.
